Thank you for your interest in Van Wood products, if you wish to install this product, please read the following notes:
Tools and Materials
Van Wood Products do not require any tools except the tool which are used in wood products installation.
Circular saw Hammer level instrument Meter Tape Cordless Drills rule
Rasp any type of auger and bit Screw Safety Equipment such as gloves, Glasses, Uniform and Shoes
Planning
Please check the Surface carefully before installing flooring products. The surface should be dry and stiff. It must be used appropriate infrastructure for uneven surfaces.
Make sure that the surface has the ability of having suitable drainage and ventilation.
For small surfaces, Flooring must be installed at least 30 mm above the floor.
For large surfaces, Flooring must be installed at least 60 mm above the floor.
Due to expansion and contraction phenomena in WPC products, expansion joints have been considered in products.for each meter, the space is 3mm. for profiles at least 5 mm expansion joint space and distance of 7 mm from wall are considered.
Notice the ambient temperature during installation.It is recommended to put the profiles at the location of your project, 72 hours before installation to let profiles comply with environmental conditions.
Allowable distance based on air temperature
(0-10°C) = 5-6 mm Cold – At the end wooden board
(10-20°C) = 3-4 mm Warm – At the end wooden board
(20-30°C) = 2-3 mm Hot – At the end wooden board
– Infrastructure operations must be done in order to prevent the water to drain.
Distance of Infrastructure for a residential environment should be 400mm from center and for a busy commercial environment is 300mm fro center.
Do not use an adhesive to install Infrastructure.
