Plast wood installation method:

First, the floor must be checked before installing Plast wood.

Alignment of floors is done with metal substructure

To prevent further damage to iron cans, it is necessary to use suitable stainless steel in the four sides of the cans.

Use of 40 * 40 mm metal cans as a grid with maximum x to x distances of 25 cm for the floor and 35 cm for the facade.

If you need to raise the execution height and level the final surface of Plast wood with the edge of the pool or any surface desired by the employer, a piece of metal is used at regular intervals.

Execution criteria The longitudinal height of the substructure is more than 10 cm.

The slope of the substructure floor should be about one percent, to direct running water.

If it is not possible to drain water between the cans, it is better to use a base under the cans.

After completing the substructure steps, the plastic profiles of each area are cut and put in place. These profiles are fastened to the substructure by fasteners called clips. These clips make it easy to move any profile from place to place in the future.  Clips are available in two forms, polymer and metal, which fix the profile and adjust the distance between the profiles.

It should be noted that the placement of Plast wood profiles is perpendicular to the metal cans.  For example, if plastic wood profiles are to be placed horizontally, the substrate cans must be attached to the wall or floor perpendicular to the profiles. This connection is either to the metal frame of the environment or the cans are connected to the concrete and rigid substrate using plates and bolt rolls.

The longitudinal distance between the plast plastic profiles during installation should be about 5 to 7 mm. This distance is for the longitudinal changes of the profiles in cold and hot seasons for expansion and contraction.

The screws used must be made of galvanized or steel with the desired quality and suitable length in the form of a head.

In the angled part of the corner, for the beauty and cleanliness of the work, it is better to cut and install Persian Plast wood profiles.
